Determined to prove she’s fit for the family business, exorcist Jade Clarence knows the assignment waiting in Maine is her last chance. Born into a family of exorcists, Jade’s unorthodox ideas have gotten her into trouble in the past...and cost the life of a client.
After haunting a Maine state park for more than a century, Dutch Hutchinson will do whatever it takes to bring an end to his unfulfilling existence. When an act of arson brings a beautiful exorcist to town, Dutch takes corporeal form in order to spend his last hours in her company.
Jade quickly uncovers Dutch’s true identity and finds herself falling for the man behind the spirit. But when Jade’s legacy threatens their future, they will have to overcome the greatest of odds—life and death.

Jade is an exorsist in a along line of exorsists. along with her brothers she send ghosts to where they belong and she is desperate to prove she can hang with the big boys. However little does she know that when she goes to get rid of a ghost at a remote campsite how much her life would change. Dutch is dead.. sort of . He is a ghost but he iws such a powerful spirit that he can walk in a heart-beating coporeal form. He thought he wanted to be exorcised but once he meets Jade he learnes that there is something he wants even more.

This was a good, short read. The author does a nice job explaining emotions and portraying the mentality of the two main characters. There were a few minor issues I had with the writing though. Nape is used about three times, however if someone did not know what a nape was then they would be sort of confused. Also, the romance while nice and sensual was not really anything special. It was chaste in my eyes and could have used more details, yes it is a 100pg book but more pages should have been spend on the intimate parts (not XXX but just more information so we can really feel the emotion.)

Do not get me wrong, the story is good, the characters likeable and the romance is sweet. Th is is a very nice day read in the sun or curled up with tea and a blanket (add a puppy if you have one!) I enjoyed his read.

A powerful vampire lost deep in his bloodlust, Snow is a savage animal, mindless with rage and a thirst for violence, and trapped with no hope of awakening from an endless nightmare… until a song draws him up from the abyss, restoring his sanity but leaving him haunted by the sweet feminine scent of lilies and snow, and fragmented familiar lyrics.

When the mysterious and beautiful songstress reappears in Snow’s room at Vampirerotique, she awakens a fierce protective streak and stirs dark desires that drive him to claim her as his female, even when he knows his touch will destroy her innocence.

A single forbidden taste is all it takes to unleash emotions in Aurora that she shouldn’t possess, tearing her between duty and desire, and luring her into surrendering to her wildfire passion and embracing hungers that burn so hotly they threaten to consume them both.

One act of kindness can lead to one thousand acts of sin though, each a black mark against the bearer’s soul and another grain of sand that slips through an hourglass. The clock is ticking and time is almost up. Can beauty save the beast?

Another awesome addition to the Vampire Erotic Theatre Series. Snow was a much awaited book in the series and the wait was worth it. I love this series. If you haven't been reading the series I suggest starting at the beginning. I can't believe there are 6 books already written in this series. Felcitiy is a pleather a of great ideas.

Snow is a born vampire that has been fighting his blood lust for a very long time by chaining himself to his bed. He has committed some great sins in the past in his bloodlust state butchering his entire family except his brother.

It seems as if there is no hope for love with Snow because of the bloodlust but can there be a women that can calm his bloodlust so he can live a real life? Her name is Aurora. She has come down to save Snow from being Judged a danger to society and sentence him to death.

This is a must read series. You will fall in love with all the people at the Vampire Erotic Theatre and their stories. This is definitely a great read that you will enjoy and maybe shed a few years.

An unlikely duo, the golfing match from Hell, and a devil determined to win, even if he has to cheat. Lucifer’s up to his matchmaking mischief again in this fast-paced, humorous jaunt into the bowels of the pit. Think you can handle the heat?
“Fetch me a Scot,” Lucifer commands. Sounds simple, except the skirt-wearing jerk won’t cooperate. But Aella isn’t one to give up. Willing or not, she delivers her target to the Lord of Sin. In retaliation, the much-too-sexy Scot has Aella assigned as his bodyguard for the golfing match from Hell.

One shot ruined Niall’s life. A second shot could help him regain it. Niall sold his soul once to win a lady’s heart only to end up betrayed. Does he dare take a risk and give love a second chance?
__________________________

The Welcome to Hell series (is best read in order for full enjoyment of Lucifer and his ongoing matchmaking attempts):
Book One: A Demon and His Witch
Book Two: A Demon and His Psycho
Book Two and a Half: Date with Death
Book Three: A Demon and Her Scot

I think I have read almost all of Eve's books and I can't say this is my favorite but she doesn't let you down. She is a genius when it comes to mixing action, humor, romance and hot sex of course. ;) I have read all the books in this series and I just love it. Each couple is a pawn in the devil's matchmaking game. All the books have been hysterical including this one.

Not knowing she's been matched with a angry scot when the devil puts her on a task to bring the Scot to him to help him win the golf game with god. Turns out the Scot is  the best golfer in the world but not without consequences. He sold his soul to the devil to win over a girl and still got rejected. He swears to never love again. But when this couple get together sparks fly.

I totally recommend that you read all the books in the series starting with "A Demon and His Witch". If you like a serious romance with a humorous telling of their adventures in hell.

Warning: If you can not look at hell with a open mind and in a funny way then this book isn't the book for you.

The Desert was Never Hotter!
A haughty young heiress for whom the world is a playground... A savage son of the Sahara who knows no law but his own...When pride and passion vie for supremacy, blistering desert days are nothing compared to sizzling Sahara nights...

"There will be inquiries." I choked out. "I am not such a nonentity that nothing will be done when I am missed. You will pay dearly for what you have done."
"Pay?" His amused look sent a cold feeling of dread through me. "I have already paid... in gold that matches your hair, my gazelle. Besides," he continued, "the French have no jurisdiction over me. There is no law here above my own."
My trepidation was growing by the minute. "Why have you done this? Why have you brought me here?"
"Why?" He repeated with a slow and heated appraisal that made me acutely, almost painfully, conscious of my sex. "Bon Dieu! Are you not woman enough to know?"

Pride and passion vie for supremacy between a haughty young heiress and a savage son of the Sahara in this fresh new telling of E.M. Hull's romance classic.

"The Sheik Retold" is a retelling of the original by E.M. Hull. E.M. Hull's version had some rape scenes in it and not so much romance. So Victoria has retold this story deleting the rape scene and adding some more romance. I haven't read E.M. Hull's version but Victoria has a story wrapped in romance, adventure, heart break and love.

The Sheik Retold" is one of those books that you can't put down and you read it in no time. Our heroine is Diana. In the beginning of the story she's a reckless heiress that lived in a castle and traveled all the time. As soon as she turns of age she plans a trip through the Sahara Desert. Everyone tries to talk her out of this crazy adventure full of danger. Sure enough she is kidnapped by a well known but elusive sheik named Ahmed. If it was a adventure she was seeking she just got neck high in it.

You have to try this book. I don't normally read these types of books with Sheiks and harems but this book was a total surprise. I'm not even sure which genre this book would fall under it's different than most books out there and that's what makes it such a great read. I recommend this book to anyone who loves a scorching hot romance.

Warning: You should have a box of tissues at your disposal towards the end. ;)
