My Review:
Eve has done it again and come out with another awesome story. I wouldn't say it was my favorite of all of her books I've read but definitely an awesome read. Joe is a cyborg who has been captured by the military on Earth. His only thoughts are for survival until he meets his new nurse Chloe who is absolutely terrified of his kind because of stories she's been told but at this point in her life she's abused, and lonely and the money she can make getting samples from Joe would help set her free. As she gets to know Joe everything she's been told about his kind is put into question and when he escapes and takes her with him she doesn't put up a fight.
This was a fast paced story with lots of action and steamy moments so I read the whole thing in two sittings. Eve always does a great job with world building and this one she slips it right in there without much thought on our part.
I fell in love with all the characters in this book except the bad guys of course. And I promise that I will do everything in my power to get her to write a sequel to this story because I feel like I stopped in the middle of a book and I WANT MORE! lol
I would recommend this book to sci-fi, erotica and paranormal romance fans. The only warning I have for readers is that there is some violence. Overall a fantastic and did I say HOT book you should pick up and read.
