My top romance book of 2013, has to be Sarah MacLean's "No Good Duke Goes Unpunished". It was long awaited, and I was shocked at the Epilogue.

Hmmm...romance...let me think. Well lets do the sub genre route. I would say it was Maria V. Snyder's Taste of Darkness because the romance level in that one--to me--was pretty intense. Romance lovers would say otherwise, but I just loved how devoted Avey and Kerrick were to one another.
