Goodreads Blurb:
In the third book of this fun, action-packed Highland trilogy, Victoria Roberts introduces her baddest bad boy yet.
Laird Alexander MacDonnell must choose between his duty or
losing his heart forever to the woman who betrayed him—his own wife.
Lady Sybella MacKenzie is forced to search for her clan's ancient seeing stone under the roof of her father's enemy. When she finds the precious artifact, will she choose the family who raised her, or will she stand with the man who has captured her soul?

My Review:
I have been following this series from the first book and I am still in love at the 3rd book. I love that this series can be very sexy, funny, serious and action packed at any given time. I really enjoy highlander novels and this one did not disappoint.

Alex and Sybella are married to unite their waring clans. Alex doesn't realize that the McKenzie's have a plan to steel a seer's stone and it envolves Sybella to find it fast. Little did she know that she would grow to love Alex. So what does she do? Honor her family and betray her husband or figure out a way.

I would recommend this series to highlander romance fans. These books do not have to be read in order. You will not be disappointed. I'm hoping there is a 4th book coming out soon.

I adore Highlander books with a passion. I recommend Monica McCarty's "Highland Guard" series. I just finished reading "The Hunter", and loved it.

Margaret Mallory's Return of the Highlanders series is a top-favorite of mine. All 4 books were wonderful. It's important to read these in order, too.

I devour Highlander novels. Julie Garwood has some slamming Scots. Margaret Mallory and of course Karen Marie Moning. Ooooh, Grace Burrowes, Maya Banks, and Monica McCarty are awesome too!
