Do you judge a book by the cover?

The book I picked for my featured cover for this week is "Pegasus" by Robin McKinley.
Pegasus

Goodreads Blurb:
Because of a thousand-year-old alliance between humans and pegasi, Princess Sylviianel is ceremonially bound to Ebon, her own pegasus, on her twelfth birthday. The two species coexist peacefully, despite the language barriers separating them. Humans and pegasi both rely on specially-trained Speaker magicians as the only means of real communication.

But it’s different for Sylvi and Ebon. They can understand each other. They quickly grow close—so close that their bond becomes a threat to the status quo—and possibly to the future safety of their two nations.

My thoughts:
I really like this cover. It seems to be so peaceful and soothing. I also like the font they used for the title. The book reminds me of a fairytale. Lets hope that the book is as good as the cover.

I agree, I think this is a gorgeous cover. It's not too busy and there's a nice balance between the horse and the girl with the title in the middle. Love that font as well:)
