Some of you might have noticed that there are a lot of talk about Mermaids making a splash this summer. Pirates of the Caribbeans' latest movies has sexy mermaids who play key roles. And publishers are releasing a school of mermaid books this summer. During a recent interview Stephenie Meyer stated that she's writing about mermaids now. (Very excited about that one.) Their even having a Mermaids Convention in Las Vegas Aug. 12-13.
I have a mermaid obsession that I think that started with "Splash" and then "The Little Mermaid" which is still one of my favorite movies.
