Goodreads Blurb:
They’ve burned for each other for two years, the forbidden attraction between them growing each night. Now resisting the sinful desires of their hearts is becoming impossible.

Javier knows better than to succumb to his hunger for Lilah. The mortal female belongs to a powerful aristocrat patron of Vampirerotique, the theater he runs with three other vampires. A single touch...

My Review:
Great start to a spectacular series. How can I say this? Because I just finished the second book in the series and it was even better. Anyways back to Covet. Lilah is a human servant to a aristocrat vampire. Which means she should feel no desire towards any other, she should fell pain while making love to another and she should feel extreme pain when bitten by another vampire. It is also against the law for any of these things to take place and the owner of the slave can instantly tell if anything of the sort has happened. Javier is one of the owners of the Vampire Erotic Theater and is in love with Lilah but he knows to act upon his feelings is punishable by death from Lilah's owner.

There wasn't a lot of romantic development or courtship because they were already pretty much in love at the beginning of the novel. I think this was one of the reasons I didn't give it five hearts. The plot was fast paced I think in order to fit the whole story into a novella but it still contained everything to make it a great story and I absolutely loved the ending, it was awesome. I really didn't want the book to end. I could have read more about these two.The author's writing was great. I'm a huge fan of Felicity's but this didn't sway my review but she definitely, once again, didn't disappointment me.

Yes I would highly recommend the book to erotica fans and paranormal romance fans who aren't shy when it comes to sex. If I had any warnings for readers there is some public sex and voyeurism.
