A very original, entertaining and short paranormal read that
keeps you turning its pages until the very end! Excuse My Fairy is exciting,
thrilling, romantic (in a different way), fun and satisfying. A definite must
read for any fans of the genre looking for something different to satisfy their
paranormal romance craving in one sitting :)
Draybeth is a fairy, a broken one at that. She is a
beautiful, strong and independent female that just wants to live in peace,
broken or not! She’s carried on with her life for years ever since her father
disowned her for not being what he thinks she should be. She knows she’ll never
be anything like anyone else, so she takes her life by the horns and lives it.
When the life she has built is destroyed right before her eyes, she crumbles.
But once the law arrives and one male in particular approaches, she becomes
even more distraught. A mate, now, really?
Barrett is a handsome, smart and serious lawman, who is also
known as Impassable. He lives his days and nights doing his job by the book.
When he gets sent out to investigate a scene and sees a woman in distress, of
course he walks over to investigate. What he gets once he lays his eyes on her
is indescribable and when she speaks to him, shock is the first word that comes
to mind. She’s a spitfire, but one he’ll do anything to protect from here on
out!
Fate can be really funny at times. But I believe this
pairing to be a great one, perfectly balanced and one I’d LOVE to see the
future of ;)
