My Review:
A
roller coaster of a ride for Trisha (owner of a hard earned hair salon) being
recently divorced from one nasty piece of work all she wants is to feel like a
woman again. Desired, sexy and even possibly truly loved by a man, she craves
the wilder side of sex and wants to ascertain a more sensuous part of
herself. Real new adventures and (what some would consider) forbidden acts in
the pleasures of intimacy are what’s on her menu.
The
story started out at a slow pace leaving me not fully understanding what was
going on. As it picked up everything became much clearer and the pace picked up.
It’s packed full of amazingly titillating sex that involves light spankings, a
blindfold and restraints at some points (and what very hot points they were
*wink). Divorce, abuse, trust issues, friendship, independent woman swept off
her feet by a long time client and admirer Zach is some of what happens within
the book. But Trisha's fantasy comes to a screeching halt when she finds out
Zach is not 100% honest with her. That causes much doubt and pain in the long
run. You'll find yourself screaming in your head at the characters at some
points and panting from the heat and chemistry between Zach and Trisha at other
times. You also may find that you want to beat another individual to an
oblivious pulp (I know I did). This is a good read for anyone looking for some
sex with a story that many women can relate to.
