Guest post & Giveaway: "Hunger Embraced" by Jennifer James

I have Jennifer James here today with a guest post and a book spotlight on her new book "Hunger Embraced. Our review of "Hunger Embraced" is coming soon so keep you eye out for that. Welcome Jennifer to Romance Book Junkies.

A Christmas List for Miranda Thibodeaux from Hunger Embraced

Hi, thanks so much for hosting me today on Romance Book Junkies! In the spirit of the season, I thought it would be fun to make up a Christmas list for the heroine of my new release. Her name is Miranda, and by the end of the book she has had a really hard week.

1. New jeans! With all the running and the stabbing and that whole thing in the woods…well, Miranda really needs some pants. Eventually her hero Daniel is going to run out of stuff he can cut off for her to wear.

2. New boots. Her absolutely kick ass pair of calf high dark brown leather boots were burned leaving her with some heels and stolen slippers. Girl really needs some new footwear.

3. At least five pounds of jelly beans. Miranda can never have too much candy.

4. Gift Certificates for dinner and a movie with lots of popcorn. When people are trying to kill you, eat you, or abduct you, you just don’t have much down time.

5. Bath salts and a good nail brush. You wouldn’t believe the things that can get under a girl’s nails.

6. Nail polish. And while we’re at it a mani-pedi. She needs some pampering.

So, what’s on your Christmas list this year? Comment below and let me know!

She’s fed up with being fed on.
All Miranda Thibodeaux really wants to do is survive corporate hell and be left alone. But as the daughter of the Incubi king, being left along isn’t on her schedule. And as an avatar to a goddess with multiple personality issues, taking things in stride isn’t either.

Daniel looks like an ordinary surfer boy--T. T. B.--Tall, Tanned, and Blonde. Hot he may be, but ordinary he’s not. Beneath the pretty packaging lies a ruthless warrior, a servant to the Vampire Council. His mission is to find Miranda and present her to the council, then get the hell out of Dodge before he loses his focus. The last thing he needs is the distraction of the testy female.

When circumstances force Miranda to turn to T.T.B. for help, they both end up with more than they bargained for. And that normal human life she wanted? Not really doable when everyone wants a piece of her...

Jennifer James never thought she would be a multi-published author of erotica and erotic romance. What she likes best are happy endings – whatever that might mean for the characters. Wife, mother of two Tiny Divas, and college student, when not writing Jenn enjoys the outdoors, adventures of all sorts, horror movies, and the occasional comic book.
