Psychology student Ashlyn Drake’s neat, orderly life takes a turn for the crazy when she finds the perfect subject for her amnesia thesis – a young man without any memory of his previous life, including the murder he’s accused of committing.

Against all common sense, Ashlyn’s drawn to him like a moth to a flame. Perhaps it’s that he’s so incredibly male, and even handcuffed to his hospital bed he could pass for a cologne ad – Scent de Insanity. Or perhaps it’s because she’s spent too many lonely nights studying. Either way, she’s determined to help him solve the mystery of his past. She begins to unravel who he was before, using his cryptic tattoos, and his paintings that scream of a dark past as her only clues. When she finally learns his secret there’s no telling which one is the real him, the gentle lover she’s fallen for or the troubled man with a dark past.

UNRAVEL ME is a contemporary erotic romance.

This book had me sucked in from the very start! Amazingly realistic, great characters and the story itself, it’s just all around terrific. I felt every single emotion depicted, was left with an astounding amount of goose bumps even minutes after I was through reading it and was left wanting much more. This read is a read absolutely EVERY romance and erotic genre reader will enjoy, even more so once it all unravels :)

Ashlyn is a college student currently working hard towards being a Psychologist. She is an intelligent, strong and beautiful woman that is determined to be a success. When the opportunity arises for her to get hands information and experience for her thesis with a young man that has amnesia, having absolutely no memory of his past life what so ever, so grabs onto it with gusto and positive intentions to help him and complete an excellent thesis. That’s when everything changes for her and her tidy life gradually becomes a bit of a mess. It becomes difficult for her to keep purely professional with him in all levels and he seems to have the same predicament when it comes to her.

Not knowing anything but what she sees, she still fully trusts this John Doe, she also desires him on a primal level that haunts her constantly and continues to grow to an almost uncontrollable level. He’s sex on a stick with smarts, humor and a presence that calls to her. Gradually she does get to now more about him. He’s artistic, smart and wants her on the same level she craves him. But what will happen once he remembers his past if they act on these intense feelings?

A roller coaster of a ride and I was thrilled to have read it. There is just one little bit that bothers me and takes a ½ star (rounded to a 5) away from it for me. There was never a conclusion to the murder, the person murdered (yes the who was stated), and a bit of the why, but it was left a bit hanging. That’s really the only negative I have and it’s really not a horrible negative. It just bothered me that it was left lingering in my mind…
