I went, I had a blast and I survived New Orleans. What isn't there to be happy about. My trip was fantastic. I admit it was a little overwhelming at times but it was overall exactly what I thought it would be and more. I got to meet some great authors, eat good food and win lots and lots of books. Here's a look at my trip through pictures.
I got to meet Joey Hill on several occasions but this is us at lunch one day. What a down to earth and generous person.
This is me and C.J. Ellisson what a awesome chick. I'll never forget her.
This is Tina Folsom and me when we were chatting by the pool where she could be found typing away on her next book.
This is my very supportive husband who was totally there for me throughout the convention and even dressed up for the masquerade ball.
Me in my costume for the ball. What a great time we had and all the drinks we had ow my.
This is me and Kris Norris who I sat next to for dinner at the ball. She was one of the nicest people I met the entire convention.
The one and only Jeaniene Frost. What a cool and humble person she is. I had the pleasure of eating lunch with her and Pamela Palmer on Saturday.
This is Pamela Palmer and me at lunch. She was another sweet, quiet lady.
This is Bronwyn Green another very cool chick.
Yes I did. I got the Romance Book Junkies logo tattooed on my big toe after some drinks me and my husband shared on Bourbon Street.
That's the end of my photo journey but you can check out some more pictures of my escapades on Bourbon Street on Facebook. Maybe next year I'll see you there?
