and it still holds true by keeping my interest. I was not disappointed in the
least the way Sandra continued on from book one. I found this part of the
series to be suspenseful as well and sensual and intriguing.
Stephanie has not seen Jason since Miami and it’s been weeks, no contact by
either party what-so-ever. She cannot get him out of her mind; she yearns for
him, his touch and his voice. She cannot deny the chemistry that is there for
both of them; it’s like an unbreakable pull when they are near one another.
That and the fact his last words still linger and haunt her thoughts in the
best possible way makes her take the jump and finally contact him. But is she
ready to unveil her big secret to him just yet?
Jason is working as usual. Keeping the paces of his life
while all the time thinking of Stephanie. He’s not heard from her since their
depart in Miami
and constantly wonders if she ever intends to contact him. Thinking of giving
her a specific time frame to reach out to him (but keeping the thought only to
himself), he decides he’ll give her a bit longer then he’ll cave and make the
first move. That decision was made not a moment to soon because Jason receives
a big surprise!
What an explosive reunion for these two lovers! The passion
oozes through the pages. But of course there is always something or someone
that has to attempt to ruin a great thing *sigh. Will Jason and Stephanie be
able to get through this shocking ordeal or will they end up going their
separate ways?
I find myself wanting to read the next book, NOW! I love the
humorous way Sandra ended this book, if her intention was to leave the readers
panting for me, she got it! Any romance reader will enjoy the great build of
this story from start to finish :)
